How we work — Projects are run to a written programme with staged inspections and building-control liaison where required. Subcontractors are selected and supervised on-site, materials are coordinated to reduce delays and a practical snagging process ensures the finish meets the agreed specification. We focus on trade-specific quality — accurate brickwork, correct roof-to-wall detailing, competent wet trades and neat second-fix joinery — and leave the site clean at the end of each week to keep disruption low.

We work from client-supplied architects' drawings and technical packages and are used to liaising with architects during build phases. If you need, we can recommend local architects and coordinate building-control submissions, but we do not produce architect-level designs in-house.
